Accommodations

Our courses are designed with a variety of abilities and learning styles in mind. Each podcast included in the membership includes audio content and a transcript of the episode. We run all of our web content through Axe, a program that assesses web-based information for accessibility.

If you need an accommodation not built into our programming, please let us know.

Grievances

If you have a complaint or grievance, please let us know by using the contact form linked at the bottom of the page.  Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, you can expect us to consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions, and respond within 5 business days. 


Social Workers

Grievances regarding course content, speakers, facilities, non-receipt of certificates and other miscellaneous occurrences can be reported using the form linked below. All grievances will be shared with the Continuing Education Director, Clinical Training Director, and Social Work Consultant to determine the best course of action to resolve the complaint. 

A record of all grievances and actions taken will be maintained and reported to ASWB ACE program when requested.
